Vintage 1920s Brown Silk Dress with Lace Collar, fits 34 inch bust, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1920s to early 1930s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 46 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room, 35 inch waist, 39 inches around hips. Shoulders are 15 inches wide and sleeves are 24 inches long
MATERIAL: silk crepe
LABEL: none
Brown crepe dress is pullover style with no openings. Dark cotton lace and neckline with lining in the bust area. Long length sleeves with lace cuffs. The top has an attached faux vest, curved seams on the skirt. The dress is unlined.

CONDITION: Very good condition. The lace is aged. There are several small holes on the tops of the shoulders and sleeve tops, under 1/8 inch in size. These areas need to be reinforced to prevent the holes from spreading.
