Vintage 1920s Sheer Silk Dress & Jacket, Cream Chiffon & Lace, 34 bust, with issues

MEASUREMENTS: The dress is 43 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 27 waist, 38 hips
The jacket is 21 inches long, 15 inches across the shoulders, 23 inch sleeves. Fits 34 inch bust, 26 waist.
MATERIAL: silk chiffon and silk lace

All sheer silk cream chiffon dress with inset lace panels in sections on the gathered skirt. The top of the dress is sleeveless. The dress is pullover with to openings. The all lace jacket has an asymmetric chiffon collar with bow on one shoulder. Chiffon stripes around the bottom of the jacket. The jacket snaps towards the side and has a chiffon bow. I kept trying to center the closure but it is off to towards the side,

CONDITION: Good to very good condition with some issues that need to be addressed. The dress has some small holes starting on the shoulders. There are several 1+ inch tears around the waist.
The jacket has four 1/4+ inch holes. There are several small tears in the lace.
