Vintage 1920s Brown Silk Dress with Pleats, 32 bust, with issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 39 inches long, it will fit a 32 inch bust with room, 33 inches around hips. Shoulders are 13-1/2 inches wide and sleeves are 22 inches long
MATERIAL: silk satin

Brown silk satin dress with creped pleats on the collar, around the dropped waist and on a little tie on the front of the neckline. The long sleeves narrow at the ends with a snap on each. Dress is pullover with no openings, unlined. The dropped skirt is fuller below the inset pleats.

CONDITION: The dress is in good to very condition with some repairs needed. There is a 1-1/2 inch split under one arm and a 2 inch split on that same sleeve on the shoulder. Both of those splits are ALONG side of the seam. This may need to be reinforced on the inside when you repair it. The fabric feels weak there.
The side seams have been let out down the length of the bodice. The center of the neck has some small damage from a brooch being worn there. There is a 1/4 inch hole at the top of the smocking just above the dropped waist.
