Vintage 1920s Silk Dress and Embroidered Jacket, Cream & Brown, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: The dress is 40 inches long, fits a 34 inch bust, about 35 inches at waist, 36 inches around hips. The jacket is 20 inches long, 13 inches across the shoulders and the sleeves are 22 inches long. Fits 34 inch bust
MATERIAL: silk crepe
LABEL: 'Welmade'
Sleeveless dress with cream top and soft shade of brown skirt. Tiny pintucks down the bodice, narrow pleats around the dropped skirt and pleats down the skirt. The dress is pullover with no openings.
Brown lightweight jacket for the dress with scarf tie on the front of the neck. Embroidery on the ties and around the ends of the sleeves and around the bottom of the jacket. The jacket is unlined.

CONDITION: The jacket is damaged with large splitting on the shoulder and top of the sleeves. Splitting in the silk across the back of the neck and collar. The fabric is too delicate to repair in those areas. Maybe some of the jacket can be saved and repurposed.
The dress is good but there are small splits starting in the silk down the side of the skirt. They would be hard to repair. Very light discolor under the arms, faint 1+ inch spot on the front-side of the skirt.
