Vintage 1920s Crepe Paper Halloween Hat, Evil Clown with Monkey, Germany

Thin black crepe paper hat with pieces of cut orange paper on the front. There is a clow on the orange paper, holding a monkey. Thin cardboard band around the inner band.

CONDITION: Fair condition. Delicate. The black crepe paper has some fade spots. There are black spots on the orange paper and the paper petals are torn and hang down, it looks like at least one orange paper petal is missing.
The thin carboard inner band is torn and has pieces missing. There are some tiny pin dot holes on the back and two small 1/4 inch holes also on the back. Still a rare item, nice display piece.
