Vintage 1920s Men's Sock Garters, by Paris, Rayon Elastic, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: 1-3/8 inch wide, 3-1/2 inches long at garters, leg width is adjustable
MATERIAL: feels like a rayon elastic, silver tone metal hardware.
LABEL: 'Paris, made in USA' stamped on hardware.
Blue with red and white stripes sock garters for men. Adjustable around the legs with hook at the top and a garters hanging below it. The garter is made of elastic but it no longer stretches

CONDITION: Fair to good condition. The elastic no longer stretches very much and it is dry. Some short splits on the top and bottom edge of the garters. The garters are aged and lightly dirty from use. Since the elastic is dried, I don't think they will grip to your leg very well. The garters are most likely better for display or collection.
