Vintage 1920s Print Velvet Dress, Black and Burgundy, fits 36 bust, needs repairs

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 40 inches long, it will fit a 36 inch bust with room, free waist, 36 inches around hips. Shoulders are 15 inches wide and sleeves are 22 inches long
MATERIAL: silk velvet
LABEL: none
Silk velvet that is black and burgundy with beige and green shapes. The dress is pullover style with no openings. Black satin trim around the neck and the ends of the sleeves. Dropped waist with black satin trim and 3 decorative rhinestone buttons. The skirt overlaps and is cut on an angle. The dress is unlined.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. There are a few tiny scattered holes but the fabric feels sturdy. The seams are splitting from the cotton thread being dried out. The seam on the shoulder and on the back of one arm is split open and need to be resewn. In this case, usually all of the seams need to be resewn because the thread will keep popping.
