Vintage 1920s Black Velvet Dress with Lace Collar, Tan Dots, 36 bust

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 40 inches long, it will fit a 36 inch bust with room, free waist, 37 inches around hips. Shoulders are 14 inches wide and sleeves are 23 inches long

Black silk velvet with tan dots in varying sizes. The dress is pullover with no openings, Dropped waist and tiered skirt. Dark cotton lace collar that snaps up the front and wide lace pieces at the end of the sleeves. Fabric at the sides tie in the back. 
There is an unusual triangle on the front of the neckline with silk ribbon ties on it. The ribbons tie at the back of the neck. The dress is unlined.

CONDITION: Excellent condition, no flaws seen.
