Vintage 1930s Dress Brown and Green Polka Dot Chiffon, 34 bust, Black Skirt, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1920s to very early 1930s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 41 inches long, it will fit a 33 inch bust with room, 30 inch waist, 36 inches around hips. Shoulders are 14 inches wide and sleeves are 24 inches long
MATERIAL: black crepe, silk chiffon, cotton lining

The top of this dress is a sheer crinkle silk chiffon in brown with green polka dots. The pleated skirt is black crepe/ pleated on the front and smooth on the back. The dress is pullover style with no openings. It has thin cotton tank top lining in the top and cotton lining in the skirt. Aged cotton collar with bell sleeves that are sheer and unlined.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition.
The collar is aged and has several holes.
There are several holes in the chiffon on the back of the neck and down the shoulder and top of one of the sleeves. The holes are up to 1/2 inch in size. Small holes scattered down the sleeves and under the arms.
There are a few pin head size holes scattered on the skirt.
The yellow cotton lining is aged and stained.
