Vintage 1940s Black Straw Topper Hat, Veil, Netting and Velvet Bow, Rudy Siller

ERA: True vintage hat from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit any size head, will need a pin to secure - the hat has a bit of weight to it so it may need extra to secure it.
MATERIAL: straw, netting, velvet ribbon, veil
LABEL: 'Rudy Siller Original' and 'G. Joyce Ferris, Englerts, Pittsburgh'
Small topper hat back of a straw raffia body with dense spiral of folded netting on the top. Black velvet ribbon and bow on the front, net veil. 2 small hair combs inside to help secure it to you head.
CONDITION: The hat body is excellent. There is a 1 inch hole in the veil on the side of the face veil.
