Dark red tilt topper hat. Red straw loops around the front and sides of the hat, they have light color stitching on the loops. Dark blue netting with tiny chenille dots goes around the front and ties in the back. Comes with a matching hat pin.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good to excellent condition. Several tears and breaks in the blue netting.
