Classic 1940s evening cocktail dress! The top wraps and ties on the side giving it an overlapping neckline and peplum over the skirt. Black sequins flower applique on the front of one shoulder and another on the side just below the tie waist. Metal side zipper, unlined.

CONDITION: The dress is in excellent condition, no issues seen.
