Vintage 1940s Topper Hat, Black & Red Felt Tilt with Satin Ribbon and Fur Ball

The round tilt topper hat is about 7-1/2 inches across. Black felt circle that is stuffed. It has red felt in the center with a ball on top made of black fur. There are 2 loops and tails hanging on the back of the hat.

CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition. It probably had an elastic strap for the back of the head, but there isn't one now.
