Vintage 1950s Black Saucer Hat Feathers & Velvet, Evening, 21 inch head

This small saucer hat is about 10-1/2 inches wide across. The top is velvet with flat feathers around the brim. Shallow cap on the underside of the hat. Edges are trimmed in velvet.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition, some glue spots in the feathers. The velvet is worn off the points of the trim on the inner cap.
