Vintage 1950s Evening Hat Black Velvet and Satin Juliet Eggshell Cap, Rosette Hixon's Milwaukee

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, it will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: velvet, matte satin
LABEL: 'Hixon's East, 710 N. Milwaukee st'
Fitted black velvet cap with eggshell edges. Black matte satin fabric folded over the top of the hat with rosette and leaves on the front. The rose sticks straight out. It does have wire at it's base so you can adjust it a little. Satin trim around the edges.

CONDITION: Excellent condition.
