Vintage Black and White Hat Tulle with Straw Ribbon, 1960s Pinehurst

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit any size head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: straw strips on tulle
LABEL: 'Pinehurst Fifth Avenue'
The soft bodied base is made of a knit/crochet straw. Covered with layers of folded white tulle that has strips of ribbon straw in black and white covering it. It's kind of like a beret, but I styled it with the front up.

CONDITION: Very good to excellent condition. Some like make-up residue on the inner edge.
