Crochet 1/4 inch wide ribbon, kind of stretchy. Has a ring inside of the top of the hat. The rest of the hat is soft, stretchy and very floppy. The brim is soft and floppy and can be folded up, but might need a pin to keep it up. There are 2 tassels made of ribbon on the side of the hat. There are spaces between the crochet, it's not a solid crochet.
CONDITION: Excellent condition.
