Vintage Black Curly Wool Short Jacket 1930s, damaged, 36 bust

ERA: True vintage item from the 1930s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 17 inches long in the front, 20 long in the back. It will fit a 36 inch bust with room, 38 inches around the bottoms. Shoulders are 17 inches wide and sleeves are 20 inches long
MATERIAL: curly wool cloth

Black curly wool on fabric backing. The jacket that is heavy and it is short in the front and slightly longer and loose in the back. The front closes with hooks on the front and has a large rayon frog closure. Big collar, full length sleeves. The inside of the jacket is fully lined with curly wool too.
CONDITION: The coat is in good condition with issues. The wool curls are coming off of the fabric backing in multiple spots over the jacket. Some loose spots are 2 to 3 inches in size. Those larger spots are on the front of the collar and around the back of the collar there are several large bald spots with loose curls. Right at the back of the collar is a 4 inch area.
There are several loose/bald spots down each arm. A few loose spots inside. The wool mostly just needs to be sewn back in place in those spots. The bald spots have the wool hanging next to it. If it turns out that you are short wool, you can remove it from the inside to repair the outside. The collar is slightly lighter than the rest of the jacket.
