Topper hat that sets high on your head - it will require a hat pin to secure it. Sheer black mesh covered with white and grey flat flowers made of white straw raffia. Raffia embroidery around the flowers, black netting around the front of the hat.

CONDITION: Very good condition. There are tears in the netting, make-up residue around the inside of the front of the hat.
