Black straw raffia hat with black velvet trim. The brim is curled up on one side and down on the other. The inside of the brim is fabric with velvet on the edge. The underside of the brim is straw and velvet, which shows on the side with the turned up brim. Velvet trim around the top and velvet ribbon around the crown.
CONDITION: Excellent condition.
