Vintage Black Velvet Fabric with Silver Glitter, 1980s 38 x 34 inches

Midweight black velvet fabric, probably polyester. It has design made of silver glitter dots, the glitter is glued on. The glitter is rough to the touch and would be rough against your skirt if you were to use it on clothing.
The fabric is in very good condition. The glitter on about 1/4 of the fabric is flat, probably from being folded for a long time, maybe it got hot and flattened while folded. Looks like paper may have stuck to some of the flattened glitter.
