Soft bodied black velvet hat with fitted band around the head. The band overlaps on the front. The top kind of flops down like a beret. Thin lining.
CONDITION: Very good condition. There are some marks in the velvet included the marks of what looks like a decorative pin that may have been on the front at one time.
