This tall hat is covered loosely in gathered dark pink tulle. The bottom edge is dark pink velvet. There are 2 hair combs inside to help secure it to your head.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good to excellent condition. It looks like the band iniside was cut/altered to make it bigger.
