Vintage Edwardian Beaded and Embroidered Dress Trim with Velvet Trim 20x 5 inches

ERA: True vintage item from the 1910s
MEASUREMENTS: about 20-1/2 x 5-1/2 inches
MATERIAL: Silk? tulle, cotton embroidery, glass beads, silk velvet
Oblong decorative piece from a dress from the 1910s. I would guess that is was around the front of the waist? Fine black tulle in several layers with cotton embroidery in red, yellow and blue, black and orange glass beads, black velvet around the edges. No lining on the back.
CONDITION: Good condition. There are some tears in the fine silk tulle. The velvet trim is loose from the netting in several areas. Stitching a stable backing fabric on it might make it usable.
