Vintage Edwardian Petticoat, White Cotton with Front Pintucks, 25 inch waist

ERA: True vintage item from the early 1900s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 37 inches long, it will fit a 25 inch waist, full around hips. Sweep of the hem is 116 inches
MATERIAL: midweight cotton

CLEANING: hand washed
Long white cotton petticoat with full skirt. Fitted waist with back opening. The front of the skirt has groups of stitched folds in thin and wide widths. The back os plain. There is very narrow tatted lace on the hem.

CONDITION: The petticoat is in very good condition with issues. There is no closure on the back opening, it looks like it was pinned when worn previously. The bottom of the back opening is torn about 5 inches.
There is a 1 inch hole on the side, midway down, with a light stain around it. Smaller hole and stain near it.
There are scattered holes over the petticoat, most are pin head size, a few are 1/4 inch.
