Vintage Embroidered Lace Trim, Pink & Blue Floral, 1930s 1940s Remnant

This lace piece is made up of several pieces stitched together and was removed from a garment, probably a lingerie item. It is a light ivory cotton with pink and blue embroidered flowers.
1-1/4 inches wide and 2-3/4 yards long.
It has 4 seam that are corners, making a large rectangle that has been cut on a short end.

Fair condition. Off white from age. There are breaks along the edges of the lace and some small holes. There are tears at the corners. Still enough to save for a sewing project.
