Pattern for full flare with cummerbund and transfer. Instructions pieces and transfer are all present.
CONDITION: The pieces have been used. A section of the skirt is torn off but is present to tape back in place. Transfer has not been used.
The envelope is in poor condition. The envelope is brittle with tears and splits. I cannot get the pieces back in the envelope.
