Vintage Hand Painted Lady's Hand Fan, Asian House and Boats on Lake, Fabric, Gold Details, 15 inches wide, with issues

Folded, the fan is 8-1/4 inches long, open it is 15 inches wide.
Fabric fan with wooden stems. Painted scene of a house by a lake with boats, birds, trees, flowers etc. Gold metallic paint details, blue, white and green floral borders. The stems have gold details too.

Good condition with obvious issues. It has an allover lightly dirty look from years to storage.
There is some fraying along the top edges of the fabric. The fabric is loose from the stems in several areas. There is 1 stem missing. Water stains and paint wear on the end stems on each side. Small tear in fabric.
