MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: velvet, feathers

Bright hot pink velvet topper hat with long dramatic black feathers across the front. Velvet ribbon at the base of the feathers and velvet covered wire tabs on the sides to help hold it in place (may need a hat pin to secure)
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition, small wear spot in the velvet along the side.
