MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: velvet berries on wire frame
LABEL: 'Fleur de Lis Chapeau'
Green velvet covered wire frame with sheer green tulle top. It has squarish berries in shades of red and green velvet leaves.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are some holes in the tulle on the top around the edges, mostly covered by the leaves.
