MATERIAL: lace and velvet ribbon on stiff mesh base

Light ivory sheer mesh hat with downward brim. Sheer scalloped ace covers the hat, velvet ribbon through the lace with a bow. Has an elastic strap for the back of the head.

CONDITION: Very good condition. The color is now an ivory off white shade, but it was probably originally white.
