Vintage Little Girl Cotton Slip with Crochet Lace, 1910s 1920s, 29 inch chest, some issues

MEASUREMENTS: The item is 24 inches long, it is 31 inches around the chest - best suited to fit up to a 29 inch chest. 29 Inches at waist

CLEANING: Has been lightly hand washed
White cotton pullover slip for a little girl. The full skirt is gathered on the sides of the hips and trimmed with lace along the top. Wide crochet lace trim around the hem.
CONDITION: The slip is in very good condition. There is a 1/4 inch hole on the front of the shoulder, there is a 2 inch tear along the side seam under the arm on one side. The lace trim on the sides of the waist is worn and fraying. Some of the gathers are coming loose and need to resewn on the sides of the waist.
