Vintage Man's Straw Hat with Black Band & Molded Top, some issues, small

ERA: True vintage hat from 1930s?
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21-1/4 inch head, fits close on the sides of the head. Crown is 4-1/8 inches tall, brim is 1-3/4 to 2 inches wide.
MATERIAL: straw, ribbon
LABEL: none

I'm unsure of the age of the vintage man's hat, it's definately older, going by the ribbon band. Molded top, not flat. No maker's name inside. There are 2 paper labels under the leather band '19' and '7'. Black grosgrain ribbon band with bow on the side.

CONDITION: The hat is in good condition. There is a bend in the brim and it looks like 2 old bends have been straightened and glued on the under side. The black ribbon is a dull black with some light fade.
