MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure. It will set higher on a 22 inch head
MATERIAL: velvet, rayon faille
LABEL: 'Betmar'
Very dark blue velvet beret. It has a soft body with ribbon inner band and rayon faille lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The inner ribbon band has some make-up residue.
