Super dark blue velvet hat with downward brim that narrows in the back. Velvet bow on each side, fine tulle wrapped around the hat.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The tulle is very delicate and has some frayed and torn edges along the sides and at the back. A few old hat pin holes.
