Vintage Navy Hat with Wide Brim and Dramatic Organza Loops 21 inch head

ERA: True vintage hat from the 1950s to early 1960s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: straw, organza
LABEL: 'An Original Mr. Stanley' and 'Clara Voien Montclair NJ'
The dark blue hat is about 12 inches wide with downward brim, straw body. The top of the hat has a puff of organza fabric. Around the brim are loops of organza fabric. Very dramatic!
CONDITION: Excellent condition.
