Straw pancake beret hat in a very dark blue. Velvet bow on the top. white chiffon and velvet flower across the top. Fitted band underneath, the hat sets on top of your head and it will require a hat pin to secure it.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The flower is limp and floppy and has some fraying around the edges of the petals.
