LABEL: union label
Wire crown frame covered in light grey velvet. There are flowers around the sides that are white and super pale lavender. Green leaves above and below the flowers. Sheer top covered in netting down the sides.
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition, some small breaks in the netting.
