LABEL: 'Arnold Constable, Fifth Avenue, New York'
Light pink straw topper hat with dark blue velvet trim around the hat and velvet bow in the back. Large pink flower on the front with spray of small white flowers. Dark blue fine netting veil.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good to excellent condition. There are some small breaks in the veil.
