Dramatic and chic black velvety felt velour hat. Rounded top and wide brim that is curled up on the sides, one side is wider than the other. The brim is split in the back with one end curled up. Wide grosgrain ribbon band with tails pleated and hanging in the back.

CONDITION: Excellent condition. Light wear around the inside of the band.
