MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure

Stiff lace base with straw raffia around the sides of the crown, red feathers around the downward brim with some black feathers. Large red flower with stem on the top of the hat. Netting around the sides of the hat.
