MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: straw raffia and tulle on stiff mesh base

Tall hat that sets high on your head, will probably need a pin to secure it. Twisted red tulle and braided raffia around the sides. The brim and the top are a woven raffia.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. Some wear to some of the raffia.
