Sheer woven chiffon fabric with dainty hand painted flowers and stitched silver sequins. Celluloid sticks and guards.
CONDITION: Poor condition. The sheer fabric has multiple splits and tears that cannot be repaired. Lightly dirty look allover. Broken celluloid pieces.
