Super soft and plush wool felt hat. Soft body, lined in taffeta. The sides are folded up and there is a rose on the front. Small hair combs and an elastic strap for the back of the head help secure it on your head, may still require a hat pin.

CONDITION: Excellent condition. Minor wear to the plush around the bottom edge.
