MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: wool boucle, feathers, tulle
LABEL: 'Chandra' and 'Sibley's Rochester NY'
Shallow topper hat with short, curled brim. Made of a loopy wool boucle in olive green with black and yellow polka dot feathers on the top. The feathers are covered in a very fine tulle. Boucle wool bow on the front is a red-orange with some feathers sticking up from it. 2 small hair combs to help secure the hat.
