Vintage White Floral Band Hat, 1960s Flowers and Pale Blue Velvet

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit any size head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: flowers on mesh base, velvet trim
LABEL: none
Mesh base with wire edges covered in pale blue velvet. White flowers over the frame, some with velvet petals. A little of the pale blue shows through the flowers.
CONDITION: Very good condition, lightly off white, damaged veil was removed.
