Wire frame with olive velvet covering. White Orange Blossom flowers around the sides with dangling berries. Green leaves, green velvet bows and green stiff netting on the top. Covered wire tabs on eac ide to help hold that hat on your head. Comes with 2 velvet tipped hat pins.
