MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure

White frame hat with large white rose on the top. Small buds and leaves.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition. A damaged veil was removed, some remnants remain on the underside. The fabric is worn off of some of the bends of the frame.
