Soft bodied hat made of a bright yellow and black striped hat with satin sheen on the weave of the yellow. The hat is bunched and gathered on the top. Velvet bow on the front if stiff. Velvet band fits close on the head. Chiffon lining.
CONDITION: Excellent condition.
