1920s Vintage Brown Dress with Cream Insert by Welmade, 34 bust, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: The dress is 43 inches long, fits 36 inch bust, 40 inches around hips. Shoulders are 14 inches across, sleeves are 25 inches long
MATERIAL: like a crepe woven silk
LABEL: 'Welmade'
Brown dress with a fine woven texture. Cream crepe chiffon pleats in the neckline. The dress is pullover with no openings, unlined. The collar has a tie at the bottom. Folds on the ends of the sleeves and around the waist. 2 layer skirt with gathers on the top layer.

CONDITION: Good condition. There is a 1/2 inch stiff brown spot on the front of each shoulder. There are some small holes starting on one of the shoulders. The shoulders need to be repaired before the dress can be worn because the holes may spread. The rest of the dress appears to be sturdy.
